FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Audiences will be standing for the majority of the experience but there are opportunities for guests to sit down for short intervals. The experience requires you to travel in groups through different areas, interacting with the set and the performers as you go. You should be prepared to stand for periods of around 20 minutes at a time.
STOREHOUSE is experienced on foot and includes moments of interaction with performers, but you will not be forced into any audience participation and can choose a level of involvement you are comfortable with. Unlike some immersive experiences, the show is not free-roam. The narrative is dialogue-based and linear, and there is a clear distinction between audience and performers. You will never be in a one-on-one situation with a performer, thrown into an unexpected scenario or challenge, or subjected to jump scares.
Audiences may be split into smaller groups for some scenes but you will rejoin the rest of your party later on in the experience.
The experience is approx. 90 minutes long, and there is no interval. Please arrive at the entry gate 20 minutes before your scheduled performance time to allow time to get to your allocated start point and to use the facilities.

You are not permitted to use phones and cameras once inside. You will be asked to put these items into a sealed bag which can stay with you during the performance. There will be an opportunity to take photos towards the end. You will be notified when it is ok to do so.
